We are committed to the completeness and validity of the information listed on our website, both in terms of the existence of the essential characteristics described for each product available, as well as the accuracy of the data concerning the services provided by our online store, subject to any technical or typographical errors that have escaped our attention or have occurred unintentionally or due to any interruptions in the operation of the website for reasons of force majeure.

Purchase of Products – Payment Method – Returns Policy

The products posted on instrore.gr are presented with retail prices including VAT. In addition to the retail cost, the user/customer pays the cost of transport, if any, the amount of which will be disclosed before the final submission of the order. The company may modify the prices of its products. Any modification will not affect existing orders that are being processed or have been shipped.

Payment for the products can be made by one of the following methods: credit or debit card, bank deposit or cash on delivery. After completing the order, an email will be sent to the customer confirming the order.

The customer upon receipt of the product is responsible to check whether the packaging is intact and whether the condition of the products received is as desired or there are any obvious problems or defects of the product so as not to lose the rights arising from the law on defective products.

The customer has the right to change the entire order or part of it within 15 calendar days from the date of receipt. The date of dispatch of the returned product is considered to be the date indicated by the courier on the receipt. The product must be in the perfect condition in which it was received by the customer, i.e. complete, without damage and without any special markings of the product having been removed, in the packaging in which it was delivered. If the return is not made within 15 days then INStore may not accept it. The products are returned by the customer exclusively by the courier that received them. Returns – changes are made exclusively with the courier that delivered them and always at the expense of the recipient, i.e. INStore. In case the customer chooses another shipping company, the cost of shipping is borne solely by the customer. Returns – Changes with another courier company and charging INStore will not be accepted. If the reason for return is due to an INStore error and the customer does not wish to change the product, then the full amount paid by the customer will be refunded. Refunds are processed within 15 working days from the date we receive the products. The first exchange is always free of charge, at no charge to the customer. For each subsequent change concerning the same order, there is a charge of 2,90€ for each new shipment. The return and replacement of a product is possible if a) the return is made within 15 days from the day of receipt, b) the product has not been used, c) the product is accompanied by all the necessary documents, proving the transaction (e.g. Retail Receipt, Delivery Note Invoice, etc.). For reasons of hygiene, products that may affect the personal hygiene of the person, such as underwear, swimwear, socks, etc. are not returnable
